We offer services designed to support pets, people and the planet. Pets are family too, and we strive to provide loving care for them as if they were our own. As our pet sitting business has grown, we realize that the pets we care for have people who sometimes need help too, so we offer non-pet related concierge services as well. If you need help with something you don’t see offered, please reach out to see if we can add the service to our list.

Pet Care Consultation  
30-90 minutes

We care for your pets in their own home. Staying in their own home is often the best option for most pets as it alleviates the stress of being in an unfamiliar place without you. By having us come to you, your pets stay happy and comfortable at their own home, in their own familiar surroundings. 

Before we can provide care for your pets, we MUST come to your house and meet them prior to the first visit. This allows you to give us details about their care, and for them to get our "scent" and know we are invited into your home.

At this visit we meet you and your pets and make sure we are a good fit for your pet sitting needs. We complete the necessary paperwork, answer any questions, get keys or other entry information (door codes, garage codes, etc) and tour the home to see where all of the pet "stuff" is. We take detailed notes on the instructions you give us regarding each pet's care.

Scheduling Services
After we have met and you have chosen us to care for your pets, we typically schedule the first visits if you have the specific dates and times needed.  Going forward, we prefer that you schedule 
your own visits using our online scheduling system, Leash Time. 

You will receive an email with your log in information from us at the time the consultation is set up, or soon after. Once you get signed in, you can add all the information needed for us to care for your pets exactly how you wish them to be cared for. 

By you scheduling your own visits, you are assured that the dates and times you need are added correctly. After we get a schedule request, we approve it, send you confirmation email it has been approved, and send a seperate email with the invoice. 

We prefer schedule requests to be received with AT LEAST 14 day notice. This ensures we have slots available and can cover the visits needed. We do accept schedules received with less notice, but may not always be able to honor the request. If you do schedule less than 14 days in advance, you MUST text us to ask if we are available so we can let you know yes or no. 

Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested.  If your pet or home needs more time then scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. At the initial consultation we discuss the amount of time that will typically be needed for what you wish done at each visit. 

If you are not computer savvy and unable to use our scheduler, you can email or text the specific days and times you need and we will schedule them for you. This way, we have in "writing" what you requested so there is never a mix up or confusion as to what dates and times are needed. 


General Policies

Refunds and Cancellations:

We do not offer refunds except in the rarest of occasions, but are happy to give you credit for future visits.   


Holidays – Payment in full is charged  
0-48 Hrs – Payment in full is charged  
2-7 Days – 20% of service total is due (80% credit towards future visits)


 An extra $10 per visit is charged for the following holidays: 
New Years Eve/Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving/Thursday & Friday
Christmas Eve/Day

All payments due prior to the first date of service. Can be paid by check, cash or using debit/credit/PayPal. 

When you schedule visits, we will approve the schedule and send you a separate email with invoice attached. You can pay online using the link in the email, or leave cash or check for us at your home so we can pick it up at the first visit. 

Mileage fee:
If you are out of our 10 mile zone of service area, we may still be able to do your visits, but there will be a $10 per visit mileage fee to cover the extra travel time and gas costs.
